Al Pagoda is a Spanish composer and musician based in Berlin. He began studying cinema and naturally found his way into composing music for films before releasing his own songs. During those years, he experimented with synthesizers, recording techniques and sounds collected along the way. His work has continued to move between music and film.

His debut album Lucky Veil (Bigamo Musik, 2020) grew out of a series of experiments that began to take shape following an invitation to perform them live for the first time. Built partly from recordings collected over the years, the album came together during a winter in Berlin, in a room without windows. It was accompanied by the music film A Deer Falling Into The Sea.

In 2025, he released In Roam, a collaborative EP with Berend Intelmann and Vinson Fraley on Bigamo Musik. New songs are beginning to emerge, with a second album to follow.

Alongside his own music, he runs RAN Studio, composing music and designing sound for film and visual projects. Before Al Pagoda, he was a founding member of Polock, touring internationally between 2006 and 2016, and co-wrote Everlasting, featured on the FIFA 15 soundtrack.
